I. Terms and Conditions for Buyers

1. Nature of Platform:

   The Platform operates solely as an online listing and marketing service that connects buyers and sellers of motor vehicles. The Platform owner does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee any listed vehicles.

2. No Agency Relationship:

   The Platform owner is not an agent, broker, or representative of any buyer or seller. All parties act independently.

3. No Liability Clause:

   The Platform owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial loss, fraud, misrepresentation, or disputes arising from transactions.

4. Due Diligence Obligation:

   Buyers are solely responsible for verifying vehicle authenticity, ownership, documents, condition, and legality prior to purchase.

5. Assumption of Risk:

   All risks in dealing with sellers are assumed solely by the buyer.

6. Indemnification:

   Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform owner against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from use of the Platform.

7. Transaction Independence:

   The Platform is not a party to any agreement between buyer and seller.

8. Safety Advisory:

   Buyers are advised to transact in safe public places, verify documents, and avoid unsecured payments.

II. Terms and Conditions for Sellers

1. Accuracy of Listings:

   Sellers must ensure all information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.

2. Finder's Fee Agreement:

   The seller agrees to pay a 1% finder's fee to the Platform owner upon successful sale through the Platform.

3. Mandatory Disclosure:

   Sellers must inform the Platform owner once a sale is completed and disclose the final selling price.

4. Payment Obligation:

   Failure to pay the finder's fee may result in legal action and blacklisting.

5. Legal Ownership:

   Seller guarantees lawful ownership and proper documentation of the vehicle.

6. No Liability Clause:

   The Platform owner shall not be liable for disputes, claims, or damages arising from transactions.

7. Indemnification:

   Seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform owner from any legal claims.

8. Fraud and Misrepresentation:

   Fraudulent listings may result in removal and possible legal action.

9. Platform Limitation:

   The Platform does not participate in negotiations or transactions.

10. Right to Enforce:

    The Platform owner reserves the right to enforce these terms and remove violators.
